How much does delivery cost?
Customs Charges:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no say over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you require any additional information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office who should be able to provide further information.
I need my order quickly, can you help?
Please bear in mind that every one of our products is handmade especially for you but we can certainly try. Please just get in touch and we will let you know if we can make and send your order quickly for you.
I've made a mistake on my order, can you fix it?
Sometimes customers do make spelling errors or even get dates or names wrong on orders, we ask you to contact us at remade@live.co.uk as quickly as possible and we can see what we can do.
If you need to return a non-personalised item then please email us at remade@live.co.uk clearly detailing the following information:
- Your name and daytime contact number or preferred email address
- Your original order number
- The product you are returning and the reason you wish to return it
We must be notified of returns within 8 working days after the day on which you received the product. A refund can only be issued when we have received the returned.

Personalised items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All of our personalised items are handmade and made especially for you. In extreme circumstances please do get in touch but in general if we have fulfilled your order to your specifications then cancellations and refunds are not possible.
If the goods are damaged in transit, which unfortunately can happen, once we have photographic or physical evidence of the damage then we will replace the item, please email us with images to remade@live.co.uk, we are here to help.
